The 25th vintage release ranks among the gold standards of white Bordeaux varietal wine, not just in Washington where it is produced, but all of North America.
This classically style blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon was meticulously crafted by Director of Winemaking Jason Gorski from 200 individually treated lots, which included fruit sourced from the oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines grown in the state.
Enticingly aromatic, beginning with lemon grass, white flowers, brioche, chamomile tea and custard. Richly textured and vivacious, the deep florality weaves through the complex palate, elegantly layered with details of apricot, white peach, lime zest, basil and tarragon. The harmonious flavors are accompanied by lively acidity, both of which stretch out on the long dry finish.
Production: 4,500 cases
