In 2007, founders Tony and Linda Haralson, a pharmacist and nurse in the Yakima community, turned their dreams of owning a winery into a reality after ten years of home winemaking. The name, AntoLin, is a collective of their first names, signifying their partnership. “Our goal is to craft quality wines in low production quantities so that we can pay attention to detail, have fun and meet a lot of really nice people,” says Tony Haralson.
Both winemaker and viticulturist, Haralson makes Bordeaux and Rhône varietals, sourcing a portion of the grapes from his Glacier Estate Vineyard in the Yakima Valley AVA.
The 2009 Syrah is sourced from Elephant Mountain in the Yakima Valley, displaying rich, elegant and refined flavors of dark berries, baker’s chocolate, black olive and sandalwood streaked with clean minerality and bold tannins.
