Tulalip, WA — August 2014 — The elite Magnum Party at the Tulalip Resort Casino’s annual Taste of Tulalip weekend event is available to “all access” ticket pass holders and will again this year offer world-class wine tasting. Featuring big name wineries and large-format vintage bottlings, the exclusive Saturday, November 15th sampling will offer double the fun as it expands into two separate rooms. One of the rooms will be designated for “old world” wines and the other for “new world” wines with easy access back and forth.
The annual Taste of Tulalip magnum party features big name wineries and many rare vintage wines, such as this 2002 Louis Roederer Cristal champagne which was poured for guests at the 2011 magnum party.
Over twenty representatives from among global elite wineries will pour samples to guests from big-ticket 750 ml and large-format bottles of limited and rare vintages. This year’s star vino includes heavy hitters like Chateau Cos d’Estournel, Krug Clos du Mesnil, Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion, Harlan Estate, Penfolds Grange, Chateau Lynch-Bages, Verite “La Muse”, M. Chapoutier L’Ermitage Blanc, and CIRQ Pinot Noir.
The Magnum Party brewery lineup will also include nine old and new world artisan beer leaders, such as Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Chimay, Double Mountain Brewery, Uinta Brewing Company, Deschutes Brewery, and Breakside Brewery.
Celebrity chef Ming Tsai (host of PBS Simply Ming and Food Network star) will provide a cooking demonstration to all-access ticket holders at the 6th annual Taste of Tulalip.
Executive Chef Perry Mascitti and Sommelier Tommy Thompson will welcome Food Network star Ming Tsai, who will prepare a superfluity of his signature dishes to complement a princely selection of pours.
Taste of Tulalip’s Magnum Party will take place from 12 noon to 4pm on Saturday, November 15, 2014 and is only open to those who purchase a Saturday “all access” ticket pass. The all-access ticket also includes access to a celebrity cooking demonstration, wine seminar, rock & roll challenge and the Grand Taste. Priced at $350 per person, tickets are limited.
