Latah Creek currently produces 12 different wines, with 60% of their production directed towards their most popular wines: Riesling and Huckleberry d’Latah. Latah Creek is also known for their red wines, and was recognized by Wine Spectator Magazine as one of the top producers of Merlot in the State of Washington.
To further enhance their wine portfolio, Latah Creek is introducing a Sweet Riesling to their product line, as well as an increase in their Moscato production. Both these white wines will reach the market this summer and will be available in stores that currently carry the Latah brand. In addition a new red wine, Malbec, is slated for release this fall. The introduction of these wines piggybacks on the launch of the new Latah Creek Wine Cellars label.
Latah Creek will also be launching a new cookbook, the third in a series featuring recipes by Ellena. Ellena Conway, co-owner and wife of Latah Winemaker, Mike Conway, currently features her recipes on the Latah Creek website and her upcoming food blog. This new cookbook is due out later this summer.
