The Great Prosser Balloon Rally & Harvest Festival is the annual event not to miss in Prosser. Hot air balloons launch at sunrise at the Prosser Airport (weather permitting) and a balloon “night glow” on Saturday. The downtown festival features entertainment, arts, crafts and food vendors.
